Warranty

Do you give warranty on your products?
We offer a standard warranty of one year to all our customers. 
There is the option to add an extended warranty period of 3 years. Simply add it to the product while you order.
What happens if the product I ordered malfunctions?
All our products are thoroughly testes. But in the case a product malfunctions within the warranty period we will send you a replacement or fix the issue. In case there is no replacement available we will refund you the money or offer you an alternative solution.
What does "thouroughly tested" mean?
When we receive the hardware, first thing we do is test them. In case there are components that don't work, we remove these and change them for new ones. 

The hardware gets cleaned and If needed covered in a fresh coat of paint.

When the hardware is sold, we test it again, making sure we didn't miss anything.

delivery and Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We are committed in shipping your order as quick as possible. If the order is placed before 15:00 (Monday-friday) we will ship the same day. 
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping rate will be calculated at the check out. The rate depends on weight of the order and the destination.
Which shipping company do you use?
We ship with DHL
How long before I receive my order?
How long it takes to ship to your address depends on where you are located. Once your order is shipped we will share the tracking code with you so you can follow you order and see when the expected delivery will be.
Is it also possible to pick up my order?
Yes you can! If you need your equipment fast and it is easy for you to drop by and pick up your order, then off course this is possible. (Monday - Friday between 10:00- 17:00) 

After you have placed your order we will let you know when it is ready for pick up. If you are in a hurry, give us a call and we make sure we get it ready for you to pick up straight away.

I can not find the item I am looking for or it shows as "out of stock"
If you can not find the item you are looking for in our webshop or if it shows as "out of stock" contact us! There is a high change we can get it for you or perhaps we even have some incoming.

Remote hands

Can you install the equipment for me in a datacenter?
Yes, we can! 
We offer a remote hands service in The Netherlands. 

Simply add this service to your order and we will install your switch or router in the datacenter of your choice (*currently only available for datacenters in The Netherlands). 

If you have any questions, or if you have more than five units to install, please contact us so we can send you a personalised quote.
Can you pre-configure the equipment I bought?
We can pre-configure your equipment according to your specific needs. 
Add “Remote Service” to the product you need on the product page when you place your order. And we will pre-configure your hardware before we ship it to you. 
I need an extra service, but I don't see it listed here. Are there any possibilities?
Easy answer. Just give us a call or send us an email and we will see what we can do for you.

Refurbished hardware

Why should I use refurbished equipment?
Using refurbished hardware is not only good for contributing to the circular economy, but also for your company. 

The cost of refurbished products compared to the cost of new products is a lot lower. The money you save by buying refurbished equipment you can invest in other parts of your business. This makes it easier to expand and helps enabling growth.
Isn't refurbished hardware less quality?
All our hardware gets checked and tested by our own experts. They make sure everything works and is fully functional. Just as you would expect with brand new equipment.
Do you also sell new hardware?
We only sell refurbished products, but from time to time we have unused items packed in the original box.

Do you have a reward program?
Yes, we do! 

Simply sign up for our reward program on the left of the page (the red square that says "reward program") 
From now on you can earn points with every purchase you make and with referrals. 
How do I earn rewards?
There are a few ways to earn points. 

- Create an account and you will receive 2500 points

- For every € you spent, you will receive 1 point

- Fill in your birthday and we will reward you with a gift on your birthday, 10000 points Happy birthday! 

- Share our site on Twitter and receive a 2500 point thank you *You'll receive points for this limited to once a year

- Referals
Share your personal link to your contact and welcome them with a €25 discount.
